The £1.3million remodeled Newcastle Church was among the most viewed properties on Zoopla in April

Property website Zoopla published a list of the most popular Newcastle homes among site visitors in April

Let’s pay – a newly converted church on Walbottle Road, Walbottle, attracted huge interest on property website Zoopla in April. On the market for £1.3million, it was one of the most viewed houses in Newcastle in April and it’s easy to see why.

Built circa 1860, the church has not only been thoroughly modernized but retains a variety of traditional features such as beautiful stained glass windows, exposed beams, and wood-burning fireplaces.

A grand corridor runs through the center of the property giving access to all the main rooms and then a generous divided spiral staircase which not only gives access to the first floor but also displays beautiful and original detailed artwork and architecture.

Externally the property benefits from a paved driveway to the attached garage and garden to the front, a private enclosed lawned garden and patio to the rear.

The third property on the most viewed list is a three bedroom semi detached house in Ashgill Mews priced at £46,500 – earning you a 25% share.

It is a modern, light and spacious living room with double patio doors leading to the rear garden, a modern fitted kitchen/dining room and a downstairs WC. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a modern family bathroom.

Externally there is off-street parking via a private driveway to the front and to the rear of the property is a private enclosed garden with a paved patio area.
