Red Bluff Presbyterian Church Joins PATH to Bring Back the Community’s Thanksgiving Dinner – Red Bluff Daily News

The Red Bluff Presbyterian Church had been serving a communal Thanksgiving dinner for more than years until COVID-19 closed the church in 2020.

The church has fully reopened this year, offering Sunday services at 11 a.m., preceded by a 9:30 a.m. Bible study for adults. All are welcome

Dinner will be held Thursday, November 24 at 12:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary building at 838 Jefferson St. The church is working with Poor And The Homeless, or PATH, for the first time to provide the food, which is expected to serve 100-150.

PATH supports the church by donating the stationery, providing helping hands and feet to set up and take down tables and chairs, and sharing food donations raised on behalf of the festival.

Anyone interested in donating to the project through PATH can visit the Day Center, 440 Antelope Blvd, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. #4 in Red Bluff for dropping non-perishable groceries and cash donations. The Church accepts monetary donations, which can be sent to 838 Jefferson St. Attn.: PW Thanksgiving Dinner.

Those unable to cook at home are invited to participate in the all-trimmed turkey dinner on Thanksgiving from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
