Nadine Grosso Appointed Director of Communications and Public Affairs for Maine Behavioral Healthcare

Nadine Grosso

Maine Behavioral Healthcare has named Nadine Grosso as Director of Communications and Public Relations. Grosso has been the vice president and communications director of the Maine Health Care Association for more than 20 years. She comes to MBH after serving as communications director for an organization representing more than 200 nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Maine, a role she has held since 2000.

Peter Gilfoyle

Northern Light Mercy Primary Care has suspended Peter Gilfoyle as a medical assistant at Mercy’s primary care practice in Falmouth.
Guilfoyle has previously provided nursing at Mercy’s walk-in nursing offices in Gorham and Windham.

Anna Astvatsaturian Turcotte

The Maine Community Bank has discontinued Anna Astvatsaturian Turcotte as Senior Vice President, Director of Compliance. Turcotte, from Westbrook, brings 19 years of legal, compliance and risk management experience. Most recently she worked at TD Bank and Androscoggin Bank.
She is a third-term City Councilman for Westbrook and currently serves as the council’s first woman and immigrant president.

Fay Saxby

Saxby, Meek & Coward’s Tru Brit Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty has hired a sales agent Fay Saxby to the group. Saxby, from Buxton, spent the last 11 years at Maine Health Cardiology, where she was a cardiac equipment specialist. She and her husband have acquired investment properties and manage 27 units. Through this process, she realized her passion for real estate.

Northeast Credit Union has shut down Kathy Hall as Vice President of Business Development. Hall brings 27 years of financial industry experience to this newly added role.

Maria Hadjiyane

Maine Behavioral Healthcare Maria Hadjiyane, Ph.D.to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer.
Hadjiyane joined MBH in August 2020 as Vice President for Ambulatory Services. In her new role as COO, she will be responsible for the operations of all MBH facilities and programs, including Spring Harbor Hospital.

Main-Land Development Consultants, Inc. announced the grant Esther Bizer to the director of Main-Land Falmouth. Bizier, a native of Livermore, came to Main-Land as an intern while attending the University of Maine at Orono. After graduating, she joined the firm as a staff engineer advancing the client’s property projects throughout Maine. She has advanced projects of various sizes for clients such as Hancock Lumber, Congdon’s Donuts, Moose Landing Marina and Wolfe’s Neck Farm.

Alexander & Schmidt from Yarmouth sponsored John Natale to the chairman of the board. Jim Schmidt, co-founder and current CEO, will serve as Chairman and will continue to play an active role in the company. Natale joined the company in May 2018 as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Before joining A&S, he served as Vice President – ​​Marketing for Concord Group Insurance Companies.

Barba + Wheelock Architecture has sponsored Liz Reynolds to the head of conservation and Tim Morrison to the chief architect.

Liz Reynolds

Reynolds’ promotion recognizes her contributions to the company’s leadership in heritage preservation and design. Reynolds joined the company in July 2021 and has been involved in the creation of firefighting drawings for Acadia National Park’s gatehouses and condition assessment reports for the Chocolate Church Arts Center in Bath and the Pejepscot History Center in Brunswick.

Tim Morrison

Morrison’s contributions include his leadership as project architect for the award-winning Broad Bay Congregational Church project. Morrison joined the company in 2013 and has prepared construction documents and managed construction management for many large projects including Broad Bay Congregational Church in Waldoboro and Bay Chamber Music School in Rockport.

Alison Hark is a Marketing Specialist at LL Bean, most recently responsible for new core business planning processes to transform the way the company works.
Bill Sheils is a shareholder and director of Perkins Thompson in Portland, where he has practiced law for nearly 30 years.
Magille Weber currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at Sequoia Consulting.
