With the great Girls Inc. team and our incredible supporters by their side, I can’t wait to see the impact these young women will have on our community and the world, ”says Ms. Brannock. She is a family advocate in Chattanooga and participates in many community events through her local church, including last spring’s tornado relief and cleanup, regular food donations, and community projects with Emma Wheeler and East Lake.

Ms. Hixson has over seven years of community development experience, most recently as director of development for the Humane Educational Society. She is community-oriented and serves on the board of directors of the Chattanooga Audubon Society and has been a volunteer for the Tennessee Aquarium for seven years.

“I am grateful for this opportunity to work with our community to come back and open more doors for the girls and young women behind me. Together with our dedicated Girls Inc. team and the community of supporters, I want to find new ways to inspire more girls to be strong, bright, and courageous leaders in society, ”says Ms. Hixson.

Toccora Johnson-Petersen, CEO of Girls Inc., said, “We are very excited to have two new members on our leadership team who believe in the promise and potential of our girls. Fance and Taylor bring a wealth of knowledge to their departments and our team. I and our board of directors look forward to working with Fance and Taylor to accomplish our mission and increase our impact. “
